I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend them. They replaced an old existing retaining wall along my property line with my neighbor and never bothered to verify that the work stayed within the proper boundaries. That oversight created unnecessary stress and concerns that should have been addressed before construction even began.After the project was completed, I repeatedly contacted the company about several unresolved issues. My calls and emails were ignored. The grass seed they applied did not take, the yard was left uneven, and there were deep ruts from their equipment that were never repaired. In addition, the project failed to solve the washout problem in my driveway, which was one of the main reasons I needed an updated retaining wall with proper drainage.For the amount of money spent which was WAY OVERPRICED, I expected professional workmanship and responsive customer service. Instead, I was left with unresolved problems and no communication from the company. Also Matt, the owner, wanted payment in cash to avoid taxes.
Matt was fantastic to work with! Super responsive and kind. It less than a week after I approved the quote that he started the job. We had a concrete patio and concrete stairs poured. The entire job took only about 3 days. We love our new patio!! Thank you!
Matt and his crew did a great job on my small patio in Southern Boone County. Very prompt and professional. It’s tough to get a concrete contractor for small jobs, but Matt treated me as if I was a high-roller client. Best of all, he kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated it very much!!
