From the first call into Precision Construction Services, Nicole was so friendly and helpful! She set up an appointment for Matt the General Manager, to come out and inspect my roof. I’ve utilized the services and dealt with Matt at Precision Construction for approximately 15 years. The services included roof replacement, new gutters/downspouts and leaf exterminators.Today I called Matt as a gutter was overflowing/not draining properly. Matt was at our house and addressed the issue within one hour. This type of extremely timely service and repair tends to be the exception instead of the norm. That’s why I will continue to utilize Matt and his company’s services plus refer whenever possible.
The entire process was flawless! We contacted Precision Construction Services for a bid on roof and gutter guards in February. We were hoping to get on schedule for early to mid spring. The bid was completed by Darvin. We approved and we were put in contact with Mateo the Production Manager. Mateo came out and spent quality time explaining the entire process. Our project was pretty good sized at approx 50 square. We asked for late March or Early April and Mateo and his crew arrived the last week of March. We have had some wonderful warm weather early this season, so it worked out perfectly. The crew has absolutely been working together for quite some time. They knew what to do and worked very hard to get the job done. I was home those days so I basically watched all stages of the process. The roof looks amazing. And the clean up was prompt and thorough, too. This is the second home we’ve had Precision roof for us over the years. And if we are in need of roofing, siding, deck, etc… we will call them for the job.
Precision was excellent to work with. Communication with their team was clear and the crew that replaced our roof worked extremely hard to complete our project very quickly. I highly recommend this company.
