Precision Construction Services

From the first call into Precision Construction Services, Nicole was so friendly and helpful! She set up an appointment for Matt the General Manager, to come out and inspect my roof. Matt went above and beyond what was needed at this time! My husband and I highly recommend Precision Construction Services!

I’ve utilized the services and dealt with Matt at Precision Construction for approximately 15 years. The services included roof replacement, new gutters/downspouts and leaf exterminators. Today I called Matt as a gutter was overflowing/not draining properly. Matt was at our house and addressed the issue within one hour. This type of extremely timely service and repair tends to be the exception instead of the norm. That’s why I will continue to utilize Matt and his company’s services plus refer whenever possible.

The entire process was flawless! We contacted Precision Construction Services for a bid on roof and gutter guards in February. We were hoping to get on schedule for early to mid spring. The bid was completed by Darvin. We approved and we were put in contact with Mateo the Production Manager. Mateo came out and spent quality time explaining the entire process. Our project was pretty good sized at approx 50 square. We asked for late March or Early April and Mateo and his crew arrived the last week of March. We have had some wonderful warm weather early this season, so it worked out perfectly. The crew has absolutely been working together for quite some time. They knew what to do and worked very hard to get the job done. I was home those days so I basically watched all stages of the process. The roof looks amazing. And the clean up was prompt and thorough, too. This is the second home we’ve had Precision roof for us over the years. And if we are in need of roofing, siding, deck, etc… we will call them for the job.

I have used Precision Construction Services Inc. four times now for siding and roofing needs on various home properties I own. PCS has done a great job every time! Darvin, Sales Manager, is very professional, knowledgeable and has always gotten the best price for the job. He is the guy you need to call. Mike, Project Manager, is very detailed in his overview of the work to be done, and Mike answered all of my questions and concerns Juan and his roofing team are both courteous and hardworking and got the job done in a timely manner. I highly recommend Precision Construction Services Inc. for your construction needs!

My husband and I were thrilled with the recent work Precision Construction did on re-siding our home. From the initial consultation with Matt, through the completion of work by Wilson and his crew on the removal of old and installation of the new siding, they all were great to work with. The project was started earlier than anticipated and completed in short order as well. We felt respected and valued as a customer. I have to say our 22 year old home looks brand new! Now we are trying to decide which "Honey Do Project" we need to complete next so we can call Precision. Thanks for such a great experience!
