Joe from Watson Concrete was great to work with. Had my driveway and a length of sidewalk replaced. Project was completed as expected, work site was kept clean while in progress, no complaints. Would recommend to anyone in Columbia looking for concrete work!
I cannot in good conscience recommend this company due to its consistently poor moral practices. From what I’ve witnessed and experienced, there seems to be a complete lack of integrity in how they conduct themselves, both in how they treat people and how they run their business.Whether it’s disrespect toward others, unprofessional behavior, or simply putting profit before basic decency, it’s clear that strong values are not part of their culture. A company’s true character shows in how it handles the small things... this one fails that test.
Great from beginning to end. Estimated time and cost. They managed the time, getting the work done in the middle of a rainy season, my requests, communication with my landlord, researched and followed ADA guidelines for a ramp and parking spaces, excellent focus on getting a good end result with the pour, brush strokes and edge work, they even protected some windows that were close by and noticed and wiped off as small bit on an entry door. All in all, good focus on the big and small stuff. I operate a totally different kind of company, but I recognize a well operated business and focus on the client and detail. Great work!
