Very pleased with the communications received from Capital Concrete since leaving our initial review. We received an email this morning from Mr. Paulos advising that this call was investigated and found they made a mistake in misquoting the 5 yard order. Mistakes happen we understand that. They offered to honor the quoted price in efforts to regain our business on future projects. Revising our review to 4 stars due to the companies willingness to investigate, communicate and repair the relationship, as not many businesses would take the time to address these concerns and reviews.

Initial Review: As a fellow business owner I am very disappointed with my experience. We've utilized this company for past project with no issue until now. Called last week and requested a quote from a gentleman by the name of Keith, provided a quote to my client based on the quote we received from capital concrete to complete the work and scheduled to have concrete brought in today. The company called today for payment which I provided without question as we'd already agreed upon the price, only to find they charged double the amount I was quoted.
I quickly called back to advise of the clear mistake, only to be informed that the gentleman I previous spoke with mysteriously had no recollection of our conversation and the amount charge was the amount due, and nothing could be done to get to the price originally quoted. I was also told "Generally they send electronic statements for quotes" I've never received a electronic quote in the past and didn't receive one this time.
The transaction was cancelled and was able to find a more reasonable price elsewhere. However, due to the need for concrete today I called Capital back I advised them I found it at a better price but I needed it delivered today which the other company was unable to provide. I advised I'm willing to pay the over charged amount because I needed it today. I was then very rudely told "we've already rescheduled and moved on from that". In a matter of thirty minutes or less.
Very disappointed in the communication, professionalism, and over all experience. We will be utilizing a different vendor for all future projects.

Customer service is horrible. A ignorant person in Customer service can take a completely business out. This thing (can't call him a person) ask for my debit card and all my info before telling me I need to set him a picture of my "driver lic and card both to him!!!" Why he didn't told me that before I give him all my info... this place can be a scam be very careful

Poor quality concrete. Questionable customer service. We poured a new driveway and ended up with two VERY different colors and textures. Technical representative came out and promised us it would “bleach out”. 18 months later...no change. I would NOT recommend this company.
