Wouldn't hire them to build anything. They built a building for us and in less than a year walls are cracking doors are sagging and have many many other problems. They are not professional and I can't believe they are in business. Won't recommend them to anyone and wouldn't hire them to build a dog house
I was given quote for driveway extension with boulder installation. They finished driveway but never installed boulder. I tried to contact them multiple time but they keep saying next week and next week never came. Almost 8 months have passed and they still have not installed my boulder around gas line.
The driveway that KCS poured for me in 2015 is a joke. From the garage to the street (including the apron) it is nothing but cracks and chipping away. I’ve been trying to get someone to come out for 2 years and they tell me that the warranty has expired. Any person with half a brain knows that even bad cement will last a year or 2. This is absolutely the worst cement job that I’ve ever seen. I had another professional look at the cement and they told me that KCS used too much water and that’s why my driveway looks like cracked ice. I suggest that anyone that reads this, go somewhere else for your cement work.
