Mr. John and his crew are such great professionals. They can in, dug the holes, installed the equipment to raise out foundation, filled in the holes, and put pine straw over the dirt so the rain would not splatter dirt on the house. I cannot say enough great things about them. I highly recommend recommend them over the other companies.
Pair Foundation Solutions showed up when they said the would, were very professional, did quality work at a fair price. I was amazed at their ability to delicately maneuver their excavator between our property and the neighbor’s. I would definitely call on them again if needed.
This company did awesome work. Got out there quickly and the repairs are phenomenal. I was trying to sell my daughter's home and needed it done fast. The work is warranted and it was a selling point for new buyers. On top of that just sweet and caring company . Highly recommend.
This is the second house and second time I have used Pair Foundation Solutions. I got two estimates, one from Pair and the other from the company that advertises that everyone has heard of.I got a salesman that was not thorough in the assessment and only looked at the front of the house and completely missed the side with cracked mortar and bricks. To top it off, their estimate was higher than Pair for less work/helical piers.Contrast that with Pair who spent a lot of time at my home evaluating the damage and inspecting the house.I highly recommend Pair over the competition.
SOLID COMPANY. They are a local company started by the father and now run by his sons. Being local, they understand that for their company to thrive their work must speak for itself.The brothers were professional from the start. They explained what needed to happen, how it would be done and what I could expect during and after the process.I was also told no payment was required until all the work was completed. This actually says a good amount about the company itself. Most construction companies require you to give a substantial deposit before starting any work. A company that doesn’t demand a payment before it starts, is a company that manages itself well and lets the quality of their work speak for itself.Once the work started, they and their team showed up at 0900 every morning and worked hard all day. They were serious about what they were doing. When the work was finally completed, they cleaned up the site and assured it met my expectations.I feel very fortunate to have found the Pair Foundation Company. Working with them was a good experience from start to finish.
