We have just had an excellent experience with California Concrete Overlay Inc. from the initial explanatory meetings with and responsiveness from Monica to the project work of Naim and his team, and to delightful contact with the owner, Esaul. We decided to give a "facelift" to our backyard patio once and for all; this included a power wash, crack repair, the application of a top coat, accent color and a sealer. At every stage, everyone was professional and skilled. The team came on time each day, and did meticulous work. We are extremely pleased with the results -- the backyard patio looks brand new! We appreciate everyone on the team for their professionalism, careful work and customer-centered focus. Many thanks!
5 Stars for 5 reasons: 1) Esaul was recommended by the (terrific) pool company we worked with. 2) he does both concrete AND concrete overlay - knowing he could make more money with a full concrete demo and remodel yet he recommended the concrete overlay made us trust him. 3) our patio deck is now more functional AND beautiful! 4) after several competing estimates, Esaul was the best “bang for my buck”. 5) we are looking forward to the future check-ins with his guarantee that if anything happens to the patio, they will repair if needed - we are set!
We had our pool deck re-done by California Concrete Overlay and the results were outstanding. Esaul and his team did a superb job and certainly met our expectations, accomplishing everything promised and ahead of schedule despite interruptions from rain. Well done!!
Esaul’s crew was courteous and did an excellent job on the overlay in our backyard. This is the second project at our home in for which we hired California Concrete Overlay. Would recommend.
Overall happy with the finished product. While we did have some issues matching colors of existing to new concrete we were able to get the job done right. Good communication
