Justin and his team undertook a diverse and extensive backyard project which began with the removal of an old wood retaining wall with a deteriorating leaning old cedar fence. The removal of all debris was efficiently, quickly and cleanly completed. The site preparation for the next steps, the foundation of a new retaining wall with blocks, was thoroughly conducted. Justin was not deterred by inclement weather: non-stop pouring rain for days and weeks, adding unexpected challenges to his work day. The retaining wall took shape and was beautifully built. Our ideas and suggestions about the new cedar fence construction were carefully listened to and well received professional advise and suggestions were provided to us along the way. Being convinced and excited about the quality of the completed retaining wall and cedar fence project, we added a paved pathway from the backyard along the side of the house to the front. The completed pathway is very functional and specific to our needs and we absolutely love what Justin calls 'our ramp'! The quality is not only convincing, but also very much enjoyable for use, appearance, easy and practical when smoothly rolling the lawnmower, wheelbarrows and bicycles back and forth.Of course, we added on: Justin has now replanted and newly shaped our backyard with a clean and professional look, and he made sure he satisfied our unusual plant selection request.We are looking forward to enjoy our newly renovated backyard this summer!Thank you, Justin . Justin and his team undertook a sizeable project this year with a complete structural redesign of our backyard. Some of the work included removing and replacing a large retaining wall, landscaping, and installing a porcelain tile deck, outdoor light fixtures, a fence and two sets of stairs. Justin was extremely meticulous, professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable (about everything!) He took the time to answer questions and provide expert guidance around materials and contacting supporting trades. And he consistently went above and beyond - for example, adding extra pipes for drainage issues we would have not known about. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of our new outdoor living space and would not hesitate to recommend Weatherhead Contractors.
We just had Justin and his crew finish our front yard renovation and we could not be more pleased with the end result !!
