Efficient, Reliable and Considerate!Owner Jamie Bolano, right-hand man Eric couldn't have been more efficient, reliable , or considerate when they repaved our driveway and walkway, sandblasted and repainted our patio area and around our pool . The quality of the final job was excellent because they spared no time or effort to come back and make sure everything was perfect. The team of men working with them were just as dedicated . We cannot recommend this company more highly!!!
Talented concrete experts! I spoke to 4 different concrete companies, and these were the best, dollar for dollar. I ended up getting more than I wanted because they painted my project to life while staying within my budget. The recommendations given by the owner were not expensive. The owner took my plan, to only make it better! I have already recommended this company to all my fellow military veterans.
Let me first start with the Pros:* Jamie and his team were very responsive to our questions* They were able to transverse the convoluted zoning team in Coral Springs very quickly, and one of the quickest turn arounds in sign to permit of all the companies I've used for home improvement.* They did try to fix their mistakeCons:* Due to communication issues between the broker and the people doing the work, they never stamped our concrete while it was drying which initially left us with ugly (sorry for anyone who likes the colour of concrete) concrete drive when we were expecting a stamped concreted to mirror the look of stone.* The overlay that they had to put on top of the concrete started chipping off immediately. They came out and patched, but within the week it started peeling off again.* The paint that they sprayed on the drive way is chipping offIn summary, if the job was done as it was expected to have been done based on our meeting with the saleswoman, this review likely would have been 5 stars. Though to review what I actually have, I now have a drive way that is a couple months old that looks like I've had it for 10 years and it's falling apart.If you are going to hire this company, please expect to be very involved in micromanaging to make sure that you get what you ask for and pay for.***EDIT 3.6.2023 - Jamie had his team come out the same week that I posted this review. I have increased the rating from 2 - 3 stars. I just do not think that the overlay will ever stop chipping off of the top, so for me, it's hard to rate it anything higher. Again, the company is very responsive and quick to act. But I just think my issues will never go away and I will continue to have the chipping issue that would not exist if the job was completed to spec initially.***EDIT 10.11.2023 - Jamie and his team came back out and saw what was happening to the overlay and confirmed that it was not adhering correctly. So after them seeing how bad it truly was lifting up and us slicing a tire on the sharp edges, he offered to redo the driveway their way, and at their cost, we accepted. He had one of his guys, I'm sorry I do not know his name, but he was Ah Maze Zing, worked tireless on grinding and scraping the overlay off of the drive. Cut out the concrete strips for the "grass" to be added too and painted the entire surface.Now we have an official concrete driveway. It is not the aesthetic that we were looking for, does not fit in with the looks with any of the other driveways in at least a 4 block radius from our house, and really looks too modern for the style of house that we have, but it really is the best option for what we were working with. Because it's not what I wanted is the only reason I can't give them 5 stars. Though if you are looking for that modern looking concrete then I would absolutely recommend this company. They really went above and beyond to try and make us happy. His team is very hard working, and the communication from them to us was quite good. It was more an issue with the communication from broker to them that has put us in this predicament.
