We came to SouthStar to build an ADU on my grandparents property. At first we considered getting a manufactured home vs. an ADU. John and his team were extremely knowledgeable and not pushy.We ultimately went with SouthStar for the ADU build out and couldn’t be more happy with the results. He was able to work within our budget and still give us a beautiful finished product. You can probably find someone cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Save yourself the headache.
