(Based on 9 reviews)

Recent reviews frequently note punctual arrivals, clear communication, and efficient completion—often in a single day. Customers highlight careful cleanup, patch matching, and respect for landscaping and siding. Pricing and estimates are mentioned as aligning with expectations in several comments. There is an isolated negative review citing a drainage issue and insurance dispute, while most others describe successful slab lifting and crack repair outcomes.

ConcreteCorrections did an outstanding job leveling our back deck with concrete injections. Matt was so easy to work with and even took the time to compliment our backyard, which was a nice touch. The crew was quick, efficient, and kept the work area impressively clean throughout the entire process. They also went above and beyond by helping remove a large concrete slab from our old heat pump. The whole project was wrapped up in about two and a half hours, and the experience from start to finish was excellent. Highly recommend their team for any concrete leveling needs!

Matt and Mitch did an outstanding job! They showed up on time on, worked through a dreary and rainy day. They lifted four slabs: one by the garage, my entrance way (which sloped towards the house and angled in the corner) plus two in the patio area. Once done with the lifting, they filled the holes with cement and small stones to match what was there. They cleaned any areas that had been stained with cement including my siding. Professional job, personable people and well priced. I will be using them again in spring time when it warms up again to fix some cracks in the concrete driveway.

We hired Matt last summer and I thought I had posted a review but didn't. Better late than never.
Matt did an outstanding job raising one half of our cement patio that have sunken badly and fixing a bad crack. He was on time, did in it under estimate and overall a real pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!

Concrete Corrections restored our badly sunken and fractured patio to "better than new" in less than a day, avoiding the weeks of disruption and, the collateral damamge and mess that would have come with breaking up and removing the patio and pouring a new one; all at one tenth, or less, of the cost. Matt and Gord were extraordinarily knowlegeable, professional, courteous, organized, clean and careful and, clearly, set very high standards for themselves and the quality of the work that they do. It shows in the excellent results they produce. I am so thankful that we were fortunate enough to choose Concrete Corrections and recommend them without hesitation and many, many thanks.

Matt Neil was a conscientious guy and a hard worker but unfortunately a mistake was made and he pumped the slab jacking foam into my perimeter drain. My handyman discovered the blocked drainage about 8 months later when he spotted water in our crawl space after a heavy rain. My insurance was involved and our drainage has been fixed however I am out several thousand dollars and Matt's insurance is denying responsibility. I understand mistakes happen but am not at all impressed that it is not being owned up to. On a side note - after my experience if you get slab jacking done I would encourage you to stay away from polyurethane foam and instead go with a slurry mix.

Frequently Asked Questions

They focus on settled or uneven slabs such as patios, driveways, walkways, and entrance areas. Work may include lifting, leveling, and basic crack repair to reduce trip hazards and improve drainage.

Many projects are completed in a day, depending on slab size and number of areas to be lifted. The team aims to minimize disruption and maintain a clean work site throughout.

Patching is done to blend with the surrounding surface as closely as practical. While small patches may remain visible, reviewers often note care taken to match texture and clean stains.

For many sinking or uneven slabs, lifting can restore function and appearance with less cost and mess than replacement. Suitability depends on slab condition, soil, and drainage, which should be assessed on site.

Clear the work area of furniture, vehicles, and fragile items to allow access and protect surfaces. If drainage or underlying soil conditions are a concern, discuss them during the estimate so they can be evaluated.
