Lacasse Construction Ltd

We hired Lacasse for our office expansion and renovation. First step was to take down a few walls and put them back up elsewhere to combine two office spaces to one. Then the creation of a new ocean-view staff lounge with custom millwork, 5 new offices, a boardroom, bathroom, and a space large enough for collaboration desks, bike racks, and, of course, the pool table. From the first meeting and all through our reno, the professionalism, attention to details, and expert craftpersonship shines through every aspect of Lacasse and their team. We were impressed with their ability to mitigate noise and disturbance to the others in our office buildings throughout the project. Project Manager Lief, Superintendent Matt, Financial Manger Lyn, and Emily Project Coordinator and their crew were all delightful to work with. We appreciated their consistent, clear and concise communication, their flexibility and ability to pivot as we changed design elements, and their friendly "can do" approach and attitude. While we have always enjoyed working with Lacasse on our many mutual projects for others, it was wonderful to experience their fantastic work ethic as a client ourselves. Our project was completed literally on time (even a few days early) and under budget, without any sacrifice to build quality. We are so thrilled with our gorgeous new work space, thank you Cale and the Lacasse team!

Lacasse Construction is an excellent company to work with. Over the last three years collaborating with them - from the planning to designing to the building to the finishing - I found that every single person on their team are talented, helpful and hard working. They are reliable and easy to communicate with, plus they always had some creative suggestions to add the mix. It was a pleasure doing business with them, and I truly hope to be able to work with them again for my next construction project. I highly recommend this company.

If I could give 6 stars for Lacasse Construction I would! I have done many projects with them over the last 10 years, both residential and commercial. Each and every time I have had not only extraordinary service but every one of the crew members have become like family. They are friendly, polite, tidy and considerate. But most of all they are highly skilled!! They are willing to tackle any project and can overcome any challenge. It seems that nothing is impossible. Weekly updates and post construction walk throughs ensure that everything runs smoothly and has been executed with excellence. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lacasse for any projects you may have.

We would highly recommend Lacasse Construction Ltd. for any construction or renovation projects. Our resort, the Kingfisher Pacific Resort & Spa, recently underwent a significant renovation, and we had the pleasure of working closely with their team throughout the entire process. From the initial planning stages to the final completion of the project, Lacasse consistently demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a strong commitment to quality. Their attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, all while maintaining high standards, greatly exceeded our expectations. The team worked efficiently and effectively to minimize any disruptions to our daily operations, ensuring that our guests were not inconvenienced during the renovation. Their communication was excellent, keeping us informed of progress and addressing any concerns promptly. It was clear that they took great pride in their work and were committed to delivering outstanding results. Thanks to Lacasse, our resort now boasts beautiful, modernized rooms that enhance our guests’ experiences. Their craftsmanship, project management skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly impressive. We would not hesitate to work with Lacasse again in the future and highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled construction partner. Lacasse construction seems to be good at final construction results however their process and consideration for local neighbours during construction leaves a lot to be desired. A long term project on an apartment building has been noisy which is understandable and they do follow bylaws around noise etc. what they don’t do is respond to neighbours complaints about leaving ugly equipment hanging over communal hedges that become eyesores for backyard landscapes. The property under construction has an extremely large parking lot and surrounding area where this equipment can be parked when not in use. After a formal complaint in writing to the foreman the equipment was relocated for about 2 days before it was in the same spot once more. A second piece of equipment was added to hang over the hedge view. So as if the noise for the past several months wasn’t enough the added ugly site is added. Photos are attached and my latest requests to park them elsewhere (10 feet away behind the apartment building) have been ignored. Such lovely community spirit! Seems minor however annoying when viewed from our windows EVERY DAY and sitting outside to enjoy our yard and gardens is a thing of the past!

Lacasse Construction built my house, which was finished about a year ago, and I could not be more thrilled with the results. The entire process, from design and estimating, through the construction phase, to post-construction follow-up was smooth and efficient. The project was completed within budget and a month ahead of schedule. Lacasse has a top notch team: conscientious and very professional support staff, talented tradespeople and innovative problem-solvers. Cale, Ben and Ryan were an absolute pleasure to work with. Creative. Detail-oriented. Extremely professional. They care about quality and it shows. The worksite was always left clean and tidy at the end of each day. The crews were courteous to the neighbours, and although I was only able to visit the site about once a month, I was kept in the loop with weekly on-line team meetings, which I really appreciated. My house is a unique design with unconventional construction materials and innovative features. Lacasse Construction did a phenomenal job. I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.
