If you need basement waterproofing done, Concrete Pro is the company to go with. Zack came out to give me a quote to install a sump pump. I went with this company because of their reasonable quote and their great reviews. I also saw they have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are recommended by Angi's List and Home Advisor. Even some realtors recommend them.

Zack was a great guy to work with and is very conscientious. The installers were also a great group of guys, very polite, hard working and cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they had been there. This company also uses the best sump pump brand which is Zoeller.

I'm a very satisfied customer and would definitely use them again.

Zack is amazing. This is a very organized and thorough company. In preparation of my job, they made sure to have the electric company, the gas company, the water company, anybody that had a line they called, they organize and scheduled for them to come out to clear and mark their prospective lines to ensure nothing would be disturbed, which I was very impressed with. The crew showed up on time, very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous and respectful. They explained everything and were efficient. They dis a beautiful job. And whatever they tore out, they put back together, they put my driveway back together and all my landscaping back in place.

First, when I contacted Concrete Pro, they answered the phone promptly, addressed my questions, and scheduled an inspection very quickly. The salesperson, Zack, arrived on time, professionally evaluated our porch, and provided a clear and detailed quote.
Shortly afterward, a customer service representative named Stacy (I believe that was her name) called to inform us that our project was fifth on their schedule and asked whether we would prefer to complete it next spring.
Just a few days ago, Stacy followed up again to confirm the project start date. The crew completed the entire project in just a day and a half. They took turns having lunch and kept the work moving without interruption. Shortly after the project was finished, the weather turned cold again, which made us appreciate their careful planning even more. They were very professional in monitoring the weather and consulted us before making minor adjustments based on the condition of our front porch — all without any additional cost.
We paid exactly the amount stated in the original quote. It was clear that the entire team communicated efficiently and worked together seamlessly.
