Avante Construction, LLC

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Avante Construction on several projects through my permitting company, and they have consistently been on top of every detail. Their team is proactive, communicative, and dedicated to keeping things moving smoothly from start to finish. It’s always a seamless experience working with them, and I highly recommend Avante Construction for their professionalism and commitment to getting the job done right.

Avante Construction was a saving grace for an emergency at our home while we were away on vacation. With a phone call they immediately answered our prayers and fixed our children's rooms that were taking on water from an unknown source. They fixed the problem, tore out the damaged floors and walls. They picked great flooring on our behalf and now the room is even better than before. We were kept in close contact during the entire process from start to finish even though we were almost 1,000 miles away. We are so thankful to have such a trusting and caring company that we can rely on no matter where we are!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Avante! From our very first meeting through to the final stages of the renovation, they exceeded my expectations every step of the way. Their professionalism, clear communication, and outstanding workmanship truly set them apart. They took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life with precision and care. There were no surprise costs or unexpected change orders—everything was transparent and stayed within budget. The entire team was dependable, punctual, and respectful while working in my home, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If I could give Avante 10 stars, I would! Can't wait to tackle the upstairs of my house with Mike, Trevor, Andres, and the rest of the team.

OH MY WOW!! This is the fourth time I’ve renovated One of my homes. First time with construction and Mike Mondelli. What a pleasure. Mike and his team were super responsive always on time and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. I recommend them a 100 out of 10! So happy! Thank you guys again.
