I called Scott at Brick By Brick on short notice for some 25 feet long vertical cracks on my home. He responded quickly and was able to make arrangements on the fly to get me squared away. He showed up right on time and did a tremendous job with his services. I would definitely do business with Scott/BBB again and give him a 5 Star review.

Had some cracked and separated bricks. Scott filled in everything and added color to match. One area high above porch required the most attention as mortar chunks had begun to fall. Looks great now. Scott arrived when he said he would and got right to work. Scott is personable and happy to answer questions. I will call Scott again when brick repair is needed.

We had a number of holes in our masonry from where a previous owner had pulled off items that had been mounted into the brick. We anticipated a costly repair and had procrastinated on fixing it. I wish we had done this sooner. Our experience with Scott was terrific. We easily set up our repair over text with a few photos. The repair work exceeded our expectations in terms of look, time efficiency and affordability.

I used the website contact form but I recommend calling or texting as that is Scott’s preferred way to communicate. Scott is an excellent communicator. I had some cracks in mortar and loose bricks on window sills due to foundation shifting on a recent existing home purchase. Scott’s craftsmanship is evident and he will match colors to the best of his ability. I highly recommend Scott and his craftsmanship / artisanship. Photos are an after and before of the same area.

I am a plumber and I called Scott after I broke a brick trying to repair a hose bib for a customer of mine. Scott was really great to work with and I really can’t recommend him enough. He responded to all my questions quickly and his calm and friendly demeanor really helped put both me and my customer at ease. His work was professional and he explained everything he was going to do in detail. But what I appreciated most was that he set out realistic expectations about what his results would be instead of trying to just guarantee a sale to me which I find very refreshing. I have been recommending him to everyone I know who needs brick work done either on their house or for landscaping and I hope more people find out about him because he really deserves more recognition both for his outstanding work and how pleasant he is to work with.
