Best experience, Flawless interaction... From Quoting, Billing to Work done including changes I requested.. all the way to cleanup after the job was completed. Francisco and his crew were great! from start to finish. Seamless. Always on time and communicated through entire process. Extended Concrete patio, even removed sagging section of existing patio, and poured new concrete there as well. Replaced entire lawn, and even when I added removing entire rock garden and replace with mulch, and added a concrete stamped border for entire lawn. They still got it all done before the original estimated date. Finished off with cleanup in backyard and power washed everything clean including the street.. cleaner than before they even started!
Francisco even made recommendations that worked out perfectly for me. If you are looking for a great contractor to work with who is punctual, fair priced and exceeds all expectations. I highly recommend Francisco and J&A. You won't regret it!

Francisco was fantastic as was his crew. He replaced our garage floor, driveway, and front porch. The garage needed lots of fill as it had sunk so much. He made brought in fill, compacted, added rebar, and did the job the way it should have been done when the house was built. His attention to detail was amazing. They paid just as much attention to detail. I would highly recommend J&A Premium Concrete.

Francisco and his team were outstanding, with the job/work they did. We had a new patio put in, and it is beautiful! Great Work, Great Customer Service, and Honest. I am very skeptical of hiring people, because of how dishonest people are out there anymore, but I tell you, Francisco and his team were the first team I have ever felt comfortable with. I have to add, Francisco gave a time to start and end the job, and kept his word. He is also passionate about his work. We will be doing out driveway soon and we will be using J&A Premium Concrete Construction.

Fransisco gave a fair estimate for the work I needed done and spent time explaining all aspects of the job during the estimate. He was also passionate about what he does, and I could tell he took pride in his work. For these reasons I decided to use J+A to replace my 70+ year old driveway and front walk. I was not disappointed.
His crew showed up on time on the scheduled days of work. On the first day they efficiently removed all the existing concrete, and didn't leave a mess in my yard or in the street. The second day they did the pour, and spent a good deal of time "working" the fresh concrete to get the best surface they could. I was also pleased with the more decorative style of contraction joints they tooled into the fresh pour. The final day they removed all the forms, cleaned the heck out of the street where the road base had been dumped, and added soil to any gaps. I also should add that I had them widen my drive by 2 feet which required relocating three sprinkler heads, which they handled as well.
I was happy with all aspects of the job from start to finish, Fransisco clearly hires a great crew and treats them well. I would use them again (but probably won't need to because the quality of this job will likely outlast me).
