Jordy was very kind and professional with our chimney cap installation. He went to 3 stores to look for a replacement and when none were in stock, he ordered and came back the same week. I highly recommend working with Jordy and his team! Excellent communication with drone photos and video.

We had a leaky, crumbling exposed chimney that caused us lots of anxiety. Jordy gave us a quote that was far better than others we received, and was extremely helpful, courteous, and responsive. Jordy’s team was friendly and professional and did efficient, high quality work. We couldn’t be happier! We would recommended Jordy’s team at Profaster to anyone and can’t wait to use them on our next project!

I cannot say enough good things about ProFaster! Jordy was so great to work with. They detailed everything they planned to do in their estimate and they stayed true to their word. He communicated to me throughout the demolition of my exterior fireplace chase and even sent pictures before, during, and after!
The team was very friendly, dedicated and thorough in their work and completed the job in the time they said they would!
I highly recommend them and will most definitely put them at the top of my list for future projects!
Thank you
Marsha

Jordy and his crew at Profaster Services did amazing work! We had them take down our failing chimney and paint the trim around our house and windows. They were prompt, quick, friendly, and did a wonderful job. Their communication was top notch. I'd recommend them for any exterior job.
