Wonderful experience. They came out on short notice to evaluate some crumbling concrete steps, we decided to rip it out and replace with a custom poured steps. I was on a short turn around and they were out the same week, job done in 1 day. Steps look great! Communication, quality of work, responsiveness all top notch. Highly recommend.
Recently had a 10/10 experience with Mortar City Masonry! I needed a chimney rebuilt and had no clue what that process even entailed. Luckily I submitted an inquiry w/ Mortar City & was able to work with Dylan; he showed up on time, walked the property with me, spent time answering all my questions, and provided me w/ a zero-pressure estimate on the spot. Everything was priced fairly so I accepted the project on Friday afternoon and had a new chimney on Monday - wow! It was a quick turn-time so I'm thankful Dylan spent extra time w/ me (over the weekend!) since this was my first chimney project, which landed me a perfect result. The following day I met at the house w/ Mike; he also patiently answered any last questions I had on the project and made sure I was happy w/ the result. Thanks again guys, I appreciate it!

Phenomenal work on my new paver patio from Mortar City Masonry! Mike, Brad, Jose and the whole crew were fantastic. They started at 8am and finished by 5pm the same day. Everything is perfectly level, water runs away from the house, their attention to detail is spot on. the pattern looks unique and different than everyones in the neighborhood.Jose even replaced my underground downspout at no extra charge. They beat the price of 3 other companies and finished faster. Brad from sales was excellent, he gave me tons of options, answered every text and call, and made the whole process smooth. The quality of work is excellent. Very professional, follow up with any questions or concerns timely. They are helpful with any ideas that assist you. They are. also timely with scheduling.
