Top Level did a fantastic job raising my collapsed concrete sidewalk. When a issue came up with a clogged downspout line, Ammar responded immediately. He and his team came out today, dug up the pipe, and repaired everything perfectly. I am extremely happy with his professionalism, quality of work, and quick response. If you have any concrete needs, Ammar is your man! I highly recommend them!
The process of working with Top Level frombeginning to end was quite seamless. I loved the fact that the owner of the company Ammar came out to look at the job and give an assessment and estimate. His quote was much better priced than his competitor who also resorted to scare tactics. None of those games from Ammar.He also was on site during the repair. They were very accommodating to my rush situation due to my settled basement foundation putting a halt to our remodeling project. Now I can move forward as scheduled. Ammar and crew are very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend hiring themfor your repair.

Ammar, The business owner, quotes the project, is also hands-on with the work, and understands customer service. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. Wow, what an all-around great experience with Ammar and his crew! From the initial contact to the completed job just yesterday (12/2/25), everything went as planned. Very professional, excellent workmanship including clean-up, and fair pricing. And our project was no easy feat, as we needed to raise & level the floor of an inside room built on a concrete slab.
