Groundworks Inspector, Tanner Lynn, came out and inspected our house. He was very thorough and professional and personable. He showed us and explained in detail what we needed to have done and gave us a bid before he left. Groundworks called the next day to schedule the work and we were able to get it done within a week. The crew that came out to do the work was Seth, Josh and Donny. They did a great job. Seth was very thorough when explaining to us what they would be doing and also upon final inspection wanted to make sure we were satisfied with their work. All three were friendly and worked hard until they were done. I would definitely use them again.
I needed some concrete leveling done and chose Groundworks to do the repair.Kaly from Groundworks contacted me the morning of the repair. When she arrived she throughly explained what needed to be done and how it would be done.After confirming the contracted places to be repaired she went right to work. I have never seen this done before and she answered all the questions I had during the repair. Kaly performed all the task with ease and I was impressed with the results. We were very impressed with the total Groundworks experience from.start to finish. From the initial meeting with Chris who was so thorough in inspecting and explaining every aspect of the work needed, to the actual work by Mike Onco and Jett Clayton, we could not have been more pleased. They were always punctual, incredibly hard working, and left everything even neater than when they began. They politely took the time to explain exactly what they were working on each day until the job was completed. We feel confident that our home's foundation is in great shape.
