Johnny helped me out! I had a stem wall that was too big and needed to figure out if I should break it out or cut it. When I called Johnny, he was confident we could cut it. He came out literally 4 hours after I called him and got it done!I have other work we will need on our ADU build and I will call him back without a doubt.
