Honestly I cannot say enough good things about Adam. I had 3 other contractors come out and every single one of them told me I needed to fully replace 2 showers and that the mold could cause tens of thousands of dollars in damage. I was stressed out of my mind. Adam showed up, took one look and told me straight up that the showers were completely fine and just needed to be cleaned. That kind of honesty is so rare and it saved me an insane amount of money.He also took the time to give me some of the best quotes I have ever received for renovation work around the rest of the house, just in case I ever decided I wanted to move forward down the road. No pressure, no BS, just a genuinely good guy who knows his stuff.I will 100% be calling Adam for any future work. Already planning the renovations. Adam offered to come out ON Christmas Day to fix my leaky window during the storm. He went above and beyond and fixed some other areas I didn’t realize were a problem and charged a reasonable price. I will be using him again for further repair needs.
Had to have a toilet replaced and Adam showed up on time with the replacement toilet. The job was completed fast but thoroughly. Would highly recommend for any plumbing jobs. I also have seen his work on patios and both kitchen and bathroom remodels. I cannot recommend Adam and Topcap enough. Competitive quotes and stellar work.
