JACON removed our old driveway and installed a new one and a sidewalk to our back gates. They paid particular attention to getting the grade correct for proper drainage. Excellent Job! From the moment I called to the time they left the job, JACON was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I did not have an exact plan, but upon providing guidance to Mr. Acosta he returned within minutes with an estimate and his professional opinion. I took his advice, the concrete pad came in under time (2 days instead of 3) including repair/clean up and on budget (no hidden costs or increases). We were really impressed with the excellent teamwork and coordination by all of the personnel from JACON from the time of demolition to clean up. JACON has "just in time logistics" down to an art for each part of the operation. Due to soft grass there was some expected damage, but someone came out and fixed it the next day and cleaned up everything on the street also. Contractors and construction workers that I had watching JACON agreed that their work was top quality and done right. When I do my next project, I will definitely call JACON first. Due to COVID, all of the workers wore masks and even Mr. Acosta would wear a mask and keep his distance just to keep us safe. Since we have two elderly (85+ years of age) people living with us who are at high risk because of medical conditions, this was very important to us. We have had many contractors perform work at our homes, throughout our 24 years of living in El Paso, and JACON has been one of the best contractors over that time period. This was my first contact with JACON CONTRACTORS when I called for an estimate.
I had four projects that I wanted to do from a concrete slab for a new
shed to replacing the drive way and adding a walk way and replacing
the front entry sidewalk. The estimate was such a great value I was
able to do all four. Jesus Acosta, the owner that I dealt with completed
all the work from a Monday to Saturday. All the work was the best
that I could have ever wanted. He and his crew were a reflection on how
good the work turned out. A 5 star plus result. The work was completed
within the quoted time frame and exactly at the quoted estimate. The daily work and final cleanup was also a 5 star rating. I will definitely use
this company again for any of my landscaping needs.
