I recently had a stamped concrete patio/pool surround added to my yard by ESPJ construction. From the initial planning stages to the finished product, it has been a seamless process with Giovanni and his hard working crew. Veronica and Maria have been wonderful about answering any questions and letting me know when the crew would arrive and what was going to be happening for the day. The men all worked together, each doing their part to get the job done and to do it properly. I could not be anymore pleased with how it has all come together. Geovanni and his crew are wonderful! They laid a 3 foot walkway of concrete around my pool and merged it into a patio outside my back doors. It looks amazing. The crew never stopped! From the day they did prep work until the day the concrete was laid and they did the finishing.

I highly recommend them!

I would like to start by saying what an amazing job ESPJ has done. From start to finish, their staff and field crew were extremely professional and courteous. Judd, the project manager, was absolutely fantastic—knowledgeable, responsive, and generous with his time. He came out as many times as I needed, answered all my questions thoroughly, and helped ensure everything went smoothly.

My stamped concrete looks absolutely amazing—better than I had envisioned. The quality of the work truly speaks for itself. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that they offer additional landscaping services, which I’ll definitely keep in mind for future projects.

I highly recommend this company and especially Judd for anyone looking for top-notch concrete or landscaping work. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart.

ESPJ completed a backyard patio for my family in connection with a pool project that completed just before Labor Day 2024.

This company is extremely professional. The management team spent a significant amount of time with my family during the design phase. We adjusted the design several times and they were very patient with us.

They made excellent suggestions as well, not with view toward upselling but rather with view toward being practical. For example, they recommended we add some lighting (not pictured) to the islands and stairs which was a minor cost but a tremendous enhancement in the evening hours. They also recommended the color enhancements that surround the pool, fire pit area, and BBQ islands.

The work is high quality and the staff were all very courteous. Further, the team was highly responsive whenever I had a question --- and I had a lot of questions!

I highly recommend ESPJ for your hardscape needs.

ESPJ had completed my backyard project last year 8/2023. As I have just covered my pool for this season I can just finally sit and reminisce on what a summer it was in my family’s backyard paradise. Each gathering I would receive compliment after compliment on how great the project came out ! This is where the credit should be given to ESPJ. From the initial setup for an estimate with the receptionist to the final day of the project with the work crews everything was perfect…Geovani came for the 1st meeting and was very knowledgeable and professional. Spent a good amount of time with me explaining everything that would be needed and gave me options. The work crews were great as well, they did phenomenal work ! Worked cleanly, polite, these guys hustled ! During the project few minor changes needed to be changed and it was a non-issue. They completed a retaining wall and stamped concrete around my pool and new block stairs..1 year later all still look great ! No cracks in the concrete, no shifting with the wall, no drainage issues ! I would recommended ESPJ over and over again ! I plan on using them to reseal the concrete when due.
