The work is ok..a few months after the dirt settled there were 2 sink holes..the back one was showing the pier itself..the other one i was more concerned with..if it sank another 3 inches it would of taken my air-conditioning unit with it..they were real big on telling me if I had any problems they would be right back out to fix anything..um yea right..I called they and explained what was going on and my concerns..get this..I was told ,yea it should be ok its just not pretty..seriously..what about my air-conditioning unit..so they made a appointment to come out ..guess what..Mr sweet talker called hours after they were supposed to be here to reschedule..we are so sorry can't make it today ill call in a couple of days to reschedule..that was mr.fernando..guess what..never got a call back..imagine that..I called 2 weeks later made another appointment..gage was supposed to be here..guess what again...they called and rescheduled..then the day before I get a text saying I need to reschedule..by this time my air-conditioning unit was tilting to fall in..so I had to hire someone else to come fill this dirt in..ill post pictures at the end..I would seriously find another company..once you pay them they would rather forget about you..im posting this everywhere including bbb..supposedly they will come out a year after the job to check if its sinking..they better or im seeing them in court..no joke..
I cannot say enough good things about this company and their staff. Our point-of-contact was Steve. He was an absolute top-notch professional. He exhibited top quality customer service and communication. He could explain the more technical parts in a way a layperson could easily understand. He was courteous, easy-going, and very conscientious inside and with our home. If you think you might have structure issues, I highly recommend consulting with Grooundworks, and ask for Steve!
