Frostholm Construction LLC

We had a fantastic experience building our home with Frostholm Construction. From our first meeting to turning over the keys, Jeff had such a warm and friendly personality that immediately put us at ease. He truly listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand our needs, which made the entire process feel collaborative. Jeff’s knowledge goes far beyond construction — he offered valuable insight on the building process, our floor plan layout, and even interior design suggestions that really was the look we wanted. Jeff’s attention to detail resulted in a home that reflects enduring quality and long-term durability. Tucker, our project manager, struck the perfect balance of attentiveness and guidance, making the building process comfortable for us as first-time home builders. Tucker kept us well informed at every stage, so we always knew what was happening and what to expect next. Laurel, the office manager, was prompt, helpful, and always reachable by phone or email. We’re extremely happy with our forever home and would confidently recommend Frostholm Construction to anyone looking to build.

We had already worked for 5 years deciding on a location and architect before we ever heard of Jeff Frostholm. We interviewed builders based upon recommendations and reputation. We requested proposals which narrowed it down to who we thought we could feel the most comfortable working with as well as who could bring the job in at our price. This was our third time through this process personally as well as an untold number of times as an attorney in a legal capacity. Jeff is good. He listened and proved over and over he knew how to suggest what is a newer or superior alternative, or simply one that would work or look better, cheaper. We are very happy with our new home.

We had a great experience having Frostholm build our “Last and finest” home. Attention to detail and ability to listen to our needs made the 10 month build easy to handle. Follow up in these 15 months after move in has been equally good as responses to small repairs have been quick and effective.

Jeff built our custom home in 2019 in Pointe Place and did a fantastic job not only in the quality of the construction, the friendly and always efficient service he and his crew performed, but also in the attention to detail in the follow-up on the limited number of punch list items that were required. I highly recommend Frostholm and Jeff.
