Late last fall, in 2025, we contracted Pessotti Construction to build a new back deck for our home after seeing one of their signs in our neighborhood. It was not the easiest time of year to work on this project but they were diligent and faithful to the plans we requested. We were so pleased with not only the construction, but their professionalism and constant timely communication to address scheduling and concerns. This spring, we asked them to return to replace our old front steps. The project has given our home’s exterior such an upgrade. Pessotti Construction did an outstanding job repairing my rotted deck . Meticulous from beginning to end . Very polite and always cleaned up afterwards . Finished in a timely manner as promised . Constantly being updated with the project, made me feel at ease. Very pleased with the result and will definitely hire in the future .
We chose Pessotti construction for a full apartment remodel.They came back quickly with a bid that was surprisingly reasonable and within my budget. Beatriz, Murillo, and their team were professional and stayed within budget.In the middle of the project, weather caused some damage to the roof. They even took care of that before it rained again.The apartment is beautiful and I’m going to hire them to do another one.
In mid September, we had our home painted by Pessotti Construction. When they came to do the estimate, they were pleasant, comptentent and organized. We were presented with a folder containing their insurance, workman's comp. and OSHA documentartion. They came in with a very resonable price.The work was methodical with impressive attention to detail. Beatriz updated us almost daily if there were any changes due to schedule or weather. Mauricio and Maurillo cleaned up daily. At the end of the job they asked if there was anything we needed addressed and told us to call if there was anything at all that we were not happy with. The job came out fantastic.We could not recommend Pessotti Construction more highly. We wish we could give them more than 5 stars.
