I just got off the phone with Sean and he was probably one of the rudest people I've had the displeasure of speaking to. As a potential customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, but this interaction left me feeling insulted. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, and SG Masonry failed miserably in this regard.
