Juan, the main dispatcher is always very communicative and gets me exactly what I need every time. The girls in the office are all very nice. Great company.
Cheryl is not a nice person. She talks “Ugly” about paying customers when they leave. Not to mention when there’s a long beautiful paved driveway on a million dollar property the concrete truck will still turn around and get stuck in the yard! I don’t recommend this company. We canceled and will even go pay more elsewhere for professional service. The workers need more training on customer service.There was no need for a pump truck at all whatsoever completely flat nice Beautiful property. The driver was lazy and did not want to wait on the other truck to leave so went around him into the yard when he could’ve backed down the driveway on the concrete. Again, highly unprofessional, especially to make an excuse for the driver stupidity
Mike the dispatcher is one down to earth guy, made sure I got taken care of that same day, the sweet lady in the office made things easy on the paperwork, both folks deserve a fist bump I wouldn’t hesitate again to do business with!
I called and ordered concrete 2 weeks in advance and was told the price was 110.00 Per yard. THEN, one day before my pour they called and said it is now 150 per yard. Obvious price gouging. They even tried to tell me all the other concrete companies had same price. THEY DO NOT! I have 3 other accounts at nearby companies and all are normal pricing. 107-115 average for 3,500 psi. And they NEVER change the pricing after an order has been put in. Will NOT use this company again. I am only stating facts.
My husband and I work for a local builder, and have tried several companies in this area, but we were pleasantly surprised to get all 3 trucks that we ordered so quickly on a Friday, especially as we were pouring in Rogers, and they were coming from Fayetteville. The drivers are professional and friendly, and we look forward to using Tune again!
