Construction Solutions of NC Inc.

Spencer and his team did an outstanding job converting a game room and pantry into an ADA-accessible bedroom suite in our 125+ year-old home. They had to overcome unlevel floors and ceilings, non-plumb walls, out-of-square everything, and demanding homeowners. They were able to give us a suite that matched the aesthetic we were going for, which was 1930s, as that is when we assume the home was originally plumbed and electrified. Despite its old-school looks, the suite is extremely modern and energy efficient with smart lighting, spray foam insulation, energy efficient windows, and a dedicated mini-split HVAC system. We look forward to working with Construction Solutions on renovating the rest of the 4200+ square foot home.

Spencer and his crew did a great job of taking over when another company failed me. They were kind, understanding, reasonably priced, and reliable!! Best of all, their craftsmanship is top notch!! I would recommend construction solutions for any of your construction needs.

I had an outstanding experience working with Spencer and his team at Construction Solutions of NC Inc. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were exceptional from beginning to end. As an out-of-state homeowner, I relied heavily on their honesty, reliability, and ability to manage the renovation without me being physically present — and they delivered above and beyond. Spencer helped renovate my home in preparation for listing it on the market, and the results were excellent. When the appraisal came back with a few additional repairs needed, Spencer didn’t hesitate to step back in and assist a second time. He and his team handled everything quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure I could move forward without delays. Because of their dedication, I was able to successfully close the sale. I truly cannot thank Spencer and his team enough for their hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend Construction Solutions of NC Inc. to anyone needing trustworthy, skilled contractors — especially if you’re managing a property from out of state. They will take care of you every step of the way.

This was the first time I've hired a contractor to do major work on our home, so I was a little nervous and cautious in choosing. I am so incredibly happy I chose Construction Solutions! Spenser, Deveco, and the whole crew were professional, cleaned up every day, communicative, and very open to our ideas and changes throughout the whole project. We had them remodel our master bedroom/bath/closet, and now every day feels like we are on vacation in our gorgeous upgrade.

This is the first contractor we have hired that we will work with again. Spencer and his crews were highly professional throughout the entirety of the project. My wife and I needed to add a bedroom for our lower-functioning autistic son. Construction Solutions took time to sit with us multiple times to listen to our needs and, on several occasions, went out of their way and above and beyond any reasonable expectations. They would brainstorm with us to find affordable solutions for our unconventional circumstances and work diligently to accomplish our goals. It was easy to tell that they cared about the quality of their work and how we felt about the project's progress. We were kept aware of what would happen daily, and the app they used was also easy to understand. Thank you for everything you did. I will always recommend construction solutions for home projects.

As a licensed Professional Engineer, I expected excellence in the construction of my workshop and portico by Construction Solutions. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. The rough-in and finish carpenters, the masons, the concrete, the electricians, and the HVAC workers all did excellent work. At the end of the job, there were very few punch list items to correct. Mr. Spencer Gay did a great job keeping me informed during the entire construction process. He routinely visited the site to discuss the current and projected progress. He was also very responsive to my calls and questions. Everyone that we met and interacted with were professional and respectful. The office staff and the construction workers were polite in their interactions with us. Construction Solutions did an excellent job managing the subcontractors and keeping the work on schedule. Construction Solutions also did a commendable job coordinating with Cumberland County’s construction inspectors which prevented long delays waiting for county approval of the work. We waited 29 years to have the workshop and the portico built, and we are ecstatic with the construction. I have the workshop of my dreams and a beautiful portico; both will enhance the value of our property. I have already recommended Construction Solutions to several of my neighbors. One has already had them do work, and they were pleased with the outcome. We are very glad that we decided to have Construction Solutions work for us.
