5-20-24Driver cut me off on the exit ramp 465 Eastbound in Beech Grove at 3:50 p.m. I had my daughter with me. I don't know if this company is as bad as this one driver but hopefully that's not the case. I'll change my review if this person is dealt with.
CCI is an excellent contractor. They responded to my questions promptly and always did what they said they would do. They quoted the job quickly and we’re on the job when they said they would be. The work they do is professional and done according to good workmanship standards. They did what they said they would do. I’m very pleased with the job they did!
We had a great experience working with Thad. He was on time for the estimate, knowledgeable and sent the quote in a timely manner. We had a smaller job and only choose to go with a different company because we were able to split some costs with a neighbor.
Thad and his crew did an excellent job pouring our patio and VERY timely!! He gave us a start date of 5/20/2019 but was able to start early! The crew started the job on 5/16/2019 and was done on 5/17/2019. Everyone was nice & professional. I highly recommend them
If I could give them zero stars I would. Made appointment with "Thad" and he was a no show/no call. Gave it a week, called again and he said he would be out that afternoon (about 2 hours from when I called). Again, no show/no call. Sent an irate email to the company- no response. So much for trying to hire local. Don't waste your time.
