I keep calling the office to get a hold of someone and it asks for a 3 digit extension or last name look up . it doesn't transfer calls at all and leaves you at a stand still. I need to talk to someone regarding my order and I have no way of communicating with you guys. please help
Today I arrived at 1130 hours to return split face block and pallets. I parked and noticed 3 trucks in front of me waiting to get loaded.One of the fork lift drivers was not paying attention and he was attending other customers arriving after me.I immediately notified the office of the poor service I was receiving and a male white on the front desk immediately went out and corrected the issue.No doubt, he provided the outmost customer service I was looking for. This location will definitely provide you the customer service you need and the service you request. Thank you for your customer service and I will continue to shop at Angelus.
Manager there is a jerk. Ask him a little simple question and gives me an attitude. He acts like you are bugging him if you go in there to buy blocks. Extremely not helpful.Turns out their blocks are cheaper if you don’t buy direct.
We had a need for a special order color and found it readily available at Angelus. With the expert help of Adam and the friendly front office staff we were in, loaded up and out within a short time.
