Easy to work with from planning to construction. They did a great job on my bathroom remodel: floor tiles, wall and decorative tiles, countertops, trim and finishing touches. For my outdoor kitchen, they found a great fix rather than suggesting a total tear down and rebuild like other bidders suggested. They handled problems and adjustments with ease. They were kind, respectful, and clean throughout the entire process. I will definitely work with them again in the future.
David and his crew are the absolute best. We had them install a stacked natural stone fireplace and the final product is gorgeous. We are looking forward to using them for many future projects!
We started with having a French drain put in a sidewalk off the garage at end of downspout several years ago where ice dams would build up in winter. We were impressed with the work and the cost to have David of Sawdust and Stone Builders do it. Because of the quality workmanship and ease of working with David and Nikki, and their crew, we knew we would hire him to do our decks and paver walkway over this past year. We had a Trex deck built last year off the back of our house under our large pergola. Again, amazing work. Absolutely beautiful, a great place to spend time, and so much easier to shovel snow off of. We just recently had a Trex deck extension built onto the deck in back that David built last fall. Then had him build a 2-level Trex deck with steps off the front door, where we had a very small and outdated concrete front porch with concrete steps bordered with old deteriorating RR ties. This was finished off nicely with a paved walkway from the deck to the driveway where an old concrete split walk was before. David and his crew are perfectionists and are a pleasure to work with. We can't speak highly enough about the quality of workmanship, David's knowledge, and the smoothness of the entire process from presenting our vision and drawings, to demolition, to completion. We highly recommend Sawdust and Stone Builders for any project.
NEW PROJECT 2023. David and the team completed renovated / rebuilt a condo we own that was completely destroyed in a flood from the condo upstairs. The design work, build work, and project management were all outstanding. They are clear about costs, stick to the budget, are great at finding solutions, and operate with the highest integrity. Thank you to all at Sawdust and Stone.PROJECT 1 2022 David and the team were fantastic to work with from beginning to end of our renovation projects. They completely renovated 2 fireplaces. Including custom stonework, and a bathroom remodel (down to the studs, moved a window, created new cabinets, a new shower etc). The quality of work was evident every day. David had great ideas, problem solved really well and was just very patient throughout. We would recommend them without hesitation.
