Julian, Jack and Raleigh were great to work with. They notified us of their arrival 2 hours ahead of time. They were clean, efficient and communicative. They let us know when they completed their work and passed their inspection same day. They closed up our home and communicated that to us as well. Really a pleasure to work with them! Highly recommend!
Our service tech Sam was great. He was on time and was very professional and respectful. He worked very hard in the hot sun kept us informed as to his progress in completing the job. He had about 70 feet of sidewalk to level back up and when he was done it looked great plus he did a fabulous job cleaning up. We had a great experience with Alpha Foundations from start to finish.Our home required a piling encasement due to a split piling—something that understandably got our attention. Our realtor recommended Alpha, and the team responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time, ready to work, and clearly knew what they were doing.Along the way, we did run into a small hiccup—some grout leakage during the install. But what really stood out was how the team handled it. The root cause (a joint alignment issue) was identified, they took ownership, and resolved it the right way. No excuses—just problem-solving and follow-through.By the end, everything was properly sealed, the work area was clean, and the job was done with care. Most importantly, the team maintained a positive attitude throughout—there were even a few smiles and light moments along the way, which we appreciated.All in all, a professional, responsive, and customer-focused team. Had Tom and Felix out to lift and fix my sunken porch. They did a fantastic job. Great communication on time and very professional. I loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend them.
