We hired Charles to expand our back patio as well as to put in new fences, create a new dry well, and to clean the existing patio. Right from the start, Charles was professional and extremely responsive. He came to talk to us about our ideas, provided very sound professional opinions, and gave a highly competitive quote within a day. He started the job within a week and finished the job in 5 days. He worked with us through some challenges with our space and we are extremely pleased with his professional judgment and with how everything turned out. These guys are pretty good! They came out and knocked out a 24x22 paver patio for me in less than a week. Price was fair, Charles has a great personality and great communication skills. Def going to use again for other projects!
Highlight installed a new patio that exceeded all our expectations on scheduling, quality, accountability, and cost. Along the way, they solved a drainage problem that had plagued our yard for years, suggested some design features that enhanced the overall look, arranged for the replacement of rotted clapboards at the base of the new patio, and sent us videos to keep us apprised of their progress while we were away. Charles and his courteous crew didn't just deliver a perfect patio; they left us with a welcome example of pure professionalism.
Had such a great experience with Charles and his crew when building this 120 ft.² bluestone patio over an area of roots and dirt. Talked through the process beforehand and the plan to raise the patio off the ground. Done in three days, and left the project totally clean. Really nice guy and great communication throughout.
