Results left me speechless, well beyond expectations. The attention to detail! A true Artist!I interviewed at least 4 other contractors for my 15 years old very weathered stamped concrete sidewalk. Seemed like all contractors wanted to either color over or seal over whatever was there ( quick job) and be done with this charging higher prices. Clearshield (Luiz) was the only contractor who pointed out to me that the in order to get satisfactory results the whole sidewalk needed to be stripped ( old school). His proposal was near the lower end of bids? Anyhow thank you Clear Shield / Luis for a bang up job, and nobody else will ever work on my sidewalk!!!
I contacted ClearShield LLC last fall for an estimate to reseal my stamped concrete walkway. Luis came out and looked at my walkway. He told me that I did not need to reseal yet. He told me I could wait until the spring because I still had enough sealant on the walkway. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. He emailed me an estimate and said he’d see me in the spring. I contacted him again this spring. He replied promptly. He scheduled a date with me and came on the day and time that he said that he would. He and his team cleaned my walkway and resealed it. The colors are rich and the walkway looks brand new. It rained a couple days after the reseal and the water beaded up on it. It is not slippery. It is perfect. I am very happy with the job that ClearShield, LLC did for me.
Luis and his crew were professional, courteous, on time and detailed. I have been trying to find someone to strip and seal my stamped concrete to no avail. Stumbled across ClearShield and made an appointment. Showed up on time, explained the process and materials and scheduled an appointment as soon as I received a prompt quote. Prices are very reasonable...Day of service Luis and his crew showed up and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend ClearShield and will use them again..
While driving to work, I noticed a ClearShield van advertising they restored stamped concrete and I said, to myself, "Self I am going to call them to schedule an appointment." As seen in my photos I had discoloration due to my AC leaking while I was on vacation. When I returned from vacation there was that unsightly rust stain on my beautiful patio. I had someone come out and power-wash it, but they were not able to remove the stain. I looked at that stain for four years before stumbling upon ClearShield. All I can say is MIRCLES DO HAPPEN. First, let me say when Luis came to give me an estimate, he said, I can remove that stain and restore your patio. He had me at "I CAN REMOVE THAT STAIN." Who knew you had to reseal your concrete every 18 months or so (not me). Luis gave me a date when he could perform the work and I could not wait for him to come and do what he does. He did my job when it was 95 degrees outside and I asked him if he wanted to reschedule when it was a little cooler and he said NO. He and his assistant arrived on time, were very professional, polite, and hard-working. He never took a break, my job took him about 6+ hours since he had to do some small (but much needed) repairs and patching, paint touch-ups, etc. I will definitely use him in the future and his name is in my list of contacts. I would refer Luis to anyone looking to restore their stamped concrete. As seen in my photos, I am completely elated with Luis and the job he did. My husband was wowed by the service as well. I felt super sorry for him having to work in the that heat, but I kept the ice cold water and Gatorade coming. He is a true professional and you will not be sorry if you go with ClearShield LLC!!
