Definitely the right company to hire! Johnny communicate very well and gets the job done. We had a serious situation where our crawlspace was not supported properly and filled with humidity. Alpha, Foundations came in and corrected the issue through support beams, peers and encapsulation. The most impressive thing is after they did the work, johnny’s follow up of their encapsulation service was thorough and it showed he had great concern to make sure the job was right and stayed correct. They come every year for the next five years to make sure that everything is the way it was when they installed it.
I had both my crawlspace encapsulated and jacks installed under my home’s foundation, and I’ve been very pleased with the service. Johnnie recently completed my annual inspection, and it was an excellent experience. He was extremely thorough, took extra time to explain everything, showed me photos of his findings, and answered all of my questions in detail.
