EGM Construction

The team at EGM is great to work with. Everyone was friendly and professional. Communication was top notch and Edgar was always available to take our calls. Our Laundry/Bathroom remodel turned out better than we hoped for. Getting permits from the county was a challenge, and EGM went above and beyond to work through the comments from the building department. Once permits were issued, everything went very well and the project finished exactly when expected. We look forward to working with EGM on our next remodel project.

I recently had tub to shower conversion and tile flooring installed by EGM Construction. Edgar was very informative with product and procedures for install. He showed up on time, very professional and knowledgable. Couldn't be happier with Edgars team. Geovany and his associate who completed the tear down and install of shower conversion both showed up on time, very courteous and polite, extremely professional. I requested additional work (exhaust fan) day before shower install and Edgar was able to have his electrician Alfredo scheduled. Alfredo did a great job installing exhaust fan and even removed pine needles off my roof. Extremely thoughtful. Ulisses who installed the tile floor was on time, courteous and professional. When an issue came up Edgar was on top of getting issue corrected and resolved immediately. The ladies in the office texted or called with updates and inquiries re: install daily. Edgar and his father have a GREAT team and should be proud of what they have created "EGM Construction". THANK YOU !!! Edgar and team for a seamless and pleasant experience.

Great experience from start to finish...The lady on the phone was very nice. The salesman was very professional, explained everything, and answered all of my questions. The two gentlemen who did the actual demo and installation were also kind and professional. They covered all floors, stairs, walls, and left everything clean. My new bathroom is beautiful and was done in 2 days! I had the original 80's ugly bathroom lol...it was bad.

These guys are all class. They did my walk in shower about a year ago and it was a seamless no nonsense transaction, Edgar gave me up front cost, got me financing and did the install in a very short time. The guys showed up and busted their butts and left me with a beautiful walk in shower. Fast forward a year and I shattered one of the doors while my wife's overseas, I emailed Edgar on a Sunday late afternoon and within a half hour he was calling me back. My wife was due home within 5 days and I didnt want her coming home to no shower. long story short, its Tuesday and my entire glass door enclosure has been replaced. From Sunday evening to Tuesday morning installed!!!!!! And just like before financing is complete with no nonsense up front pricing. Edgar himself and his partner Raul knocked it out in under 4 hours. Like I said all class. Thanks guys.

When it came time to do my bathroom remodel I did some research and came across EGM. I called Edgar we had a chat and set up a meeting time. He came to my home (on time) we talked about the project and budget. And so I decided to go with EGM and glad that I did. First off, let me say the communication not only with Edgar, but with his staff is fantastic. They are with you every step of the way to make sure things go well. Tony one of his staff that was here almost the whole time was a pleasure to work with. Always on time and always with a smile on his face and kept me in the loop of what was going on. At the end, the remodel came out great. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I enjoyed working with Edgar (and staff) always very nice, always considerate and they listen to what you have say. Edgar is a true professional. I totally recommend EGM and will most certainly work with them again in the future. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

I can’t stress enough, the importance of choosing a quality contractor. I used EGM construction on my master suite and was more than elated with the outcome. When we went to do the middle guest bathroom, We decided to choose a different contractor trying to save some money. What a disaster and horrible experience. I reached out to Edgar from EGM construction and he was willing to come and take a look to see what he can do To fix all the problems that we had with the prior contractor and give us the best possible outcome. I knew Edgar and his team would do a great job and I was right. We are so pleased with the outcome. The team did a great job. All I can say is I wish we just went with them in the first place. It would’ve saved us a lot of heartache.. I have referred EGM construction to my family because I truly trust this company and the team behind it as I’ve stated before they Give the best customer service and communication you can ask for You know exactly what’s scheduled for that next day and who’s going to be there. If you want a great experience and a wonderful outcome, EGM construction is the right choice!

We just had EGM construction company remodel our shower and bathtub. We are so glad we chose EMG for the renovation. The entire process was seamless. Excellent customer service. We are extremely happy with our new shower and bathtub. Edgar and his whole team were great. The project manager, Giovanni visited the site daily to ensure that we were happy with the work being performed. The installers, Pablo and Raul were on time, efficient, clean, organized, and professional. I appreciate that they all wore shoe covers when working. They were committed to making sure we were 100% satisfied with their install and quality and we are.
