Great company, Ulises was our inspector and estimator,b. he was very responsive answered all questions. Gustavo was our foreman to setup our home for Phillip and the lifting team. Phillip and his foreman Robert are extremely helpful, explained every part of the lift....felt very comfortable with the crew. After the lift we had concrete repair by the repair team consisting of foreman Arturo, Kevin and Gabriel, great great guys. Arturo and team did a amazing job pouring concrete stairs , flatwork and reinstalling deck. Cleanup of yard was done completely tour our satisfaction. I give this Foundation Company 5 stars.

Professional Foundation Repair did a great job quickly and at a reasonable price. The whole process was seamless - they handled the plans, permitting, and city inspection. When they were done, you couldn't tell they had been there (from the outside). We got picture of the before and after and are very happy with the work they did.

We hired Professional Foundation Repairs (Ozzy and Darin) during our home purchase after they identified foundation/leveling issues. After the work was completed the leveling showed little improvement and they told us the contract “wasn’t specific enough.” Four years later three different foundation companies inspected the house and found multiple areas where the previous repairs are failing and large visible sections (including the entire front of the house) were never brought up to code or properly retrofitted.

I contacted Ozzy and was initially told Darin would cover the corrective work (there are text messages confirming this), but the company then stopped returning calls and messages. Darin (the owner) has not returned my calls. I have inspection reports, photos of the deteriorated repairs, and our text messages documenting their agreement. Their advertised 10-year warranty proved meaningless in practice.

Bottom line: poor workmanship, broken promises, and no aftercare. I cannot recommend them.

We’ve worked with Professional Foundation Repair twice now and they have done an excellent job both times. Most recently Carlos handled a tricky deck repair job. We had some large cracks in the stucco where a balcony attached to the main building. They made the structural repair and re-waterproofed the deck beautifully. They got things done on time and had excellent communication and coordination throughout the process. Thank you!

After an initial offer, they were honest with me in saying they would rather start the work completely over rather than continue from the abandoned work, if it was to be done right. This of course would cost more. But the new price was still very fair and competitive compared to other quotes I received, so I went ahead with it. And I'm so glad I did. Ozzy's team did an incredible job that surpassed my expectations. Professional and super fast. I can 100% recommend this company for any foundation work. They absolutely delivered and finally alleviated all the stress I've had from this difficult project.
