Ryan Green and his firm, Firm Foundation, did an outstanding job of repairing the foundation of our home. One day, we noticed some major cracks in our den and kitchen ceilings. We realized that we had to check into our foundation. We obtained the quotes from three separate foundation companies. Firm Foundation was one of them. The other two companies gave us quotes to install piers around the perimeter of the entire house, including some interior piers that would have meant digging up some of the flooring inside the home. We received a quote from Firm Foundation who recommended that we install piers around only part of the home. Because there was such a discrepancy between the quote from Firm Foundation and the other two companies, we had a structural engineer come out and give us his independent analysis. He confirmed that the work recommended by Firm Foundation was all that was needed. Going with Firm Foundation saved us thousands of dollars. We are very, very happy with the work they did. After they were completed, we had our structural engineer come out again, and he confirmed that they did an excellent job. We wholeheartedly recommend Firm Foundation to anybody who needs foundation work done on their home.
