I would give this company a negative zero because they lack the ethics of an upstanding company. I contracted with RG&D concrete to stain and seal my patio on December 20,2024. Upon completion of the work, I asked Roberto Garcia-Owner of RG&D concrete why discoloration was present in various areas of the concrete after their stain and seal application. Roberto stated the concrete needed to cure and this was a normal process that could take up to week. After two weeks, the concrete never changed and the discoloration spots remained in the concrete. I phoned Roberto regarding this fact and he promised to correct the problem but never followed up with a firm appointment. Over the last three months, I have made numerous phone calls and text messages (mostly unanswered) to Roberto in hopes of him fixing the discoloration issue with my patio. However to no avail, I 've only received broken promises, and missed appointments with no explanation for their cause. Roberto has proven he can consciously accept payments for services they clearly have no intent of completing to the satisfaction of the customer. Roberto, has maintained a caviler attitude toward satisfying /correcting the aforementioned patio issues despite having ample opportunities to correct the problem. I would not recommend using this contractor.
