I had an excellent experience with Concrete Central, especially the assistance we received from one of the employees named Jim, who gave outstanding ideas and recommendations. I had to visit Concrete Central at least 4-5 times during the process of of the construction of our stamped concrete patio. Each time I went, I sought out Jim who always answered our questions thoroughly (which was essential as we knew nothing about laying a concrete patio), and was very knowledgeable about stamped concrete.
Jim also helped us choose a skin, explained the process of using integral, release, antique and water-based colors on concrete, and then went out of his way to help my husband and I find a great contractor when our own patio didn't turn out as we had hoped. Next time I do concrete work at our home, I will turn to Concrete Central for names of contractors as they seem to have a good handle on outstanding contractors as well!
