Mitten was very good at communicating with us both on timing of the project and the different options we had as how it would look and most importantly how the water would drain off the concrete. Prepped and poured in two days, doesn't get any faster than that.

We just had our driveway paved. It was one of the best coordinated home improvement experiences that I have had. They had a single point of contact for both estimate and job execution, and they were very accommodating for some last minute changes that we requested. It was a well equipped crew that turned around the job quickly with skill. I would recommend them.
Mitten Concrete was the contractor used for our new construction home. We’ve been disappointed with the quality and handling of the driveway. From the beginning, it didn’t look quite right, but we gave it time, hoping it would settle or improve. Unfortunately, the issues only worsened.When we raised our concerns, we were told the issues were outside their control — which differs from what we’ve heard from other independent professionals. We felt the communication could have been more constructive and at times came across as dismissive. After several conversations, Mitten offered to replace only certain sections and tint the rest. From what we’ve learned, tinting is often seen as more of a cosmetic fix than a long-term solution. It may not match the look of a properly poured driveway and could require ongoing maintenance — not what we expected in a brand-new home.We hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when selecting a contractor.
