He explained soil types and expansion, bedrock depths, structural integrity, how to prevent more expensive problems down the line, he discussed the right repair strategy (backed by a solid warranty) that would leave us with lasting results. His company’s excellent communication and ethical stance was reassuring, and also a large part of our decision to hire them to complete a job of this magnitude. When it was time for the job to begin -the workers arrived early every morning and the team was kind and professional. They worked HARD and steady all day long in all kinds of weather. -Amazing crew!Watching MP Foundation‘s process of lifting and leveling the house, then securing and locking the foundation on solid bedrock was MESMERIZING! I needed push piers installed to support an addition that was pulling away from the main structure of my house. Joe and his team did a great job explaining the process (they were very patient with my many questions!) and with the installation. Despite the fact that it took an extra day (because they had to dig out my sewer line to make sure the piers didn't hit it), they honored the original quote and didn't charge me anything extra for the additional time. Highly recommended -- I would use them again!
