I had it installed on my home along the bottom and up the stairs, and the "beauty" of the product, and the installation crew, are top notch! This made a big improvement on our home. The fence from signature stone is absolutely the perfect fit! It’s very secure (reinforced rebar) and really enhances the look of the property. The finish is very well done with a wood grain look and there is no cracking or peeling. I highly recommend their product for residential and commercial use!

I hate writing reviews like this, but I would hate for my situation to happen to someone else. I would do serious research before ordering fabricated stone here. What is pictured on their website and what is verbally recommended/ disclosed turns out to be not near the quality it shows and is described as. How is a customer (who knows nothing about fabricated stone veneer) supposed to navigate picking a product when sales people don't bother to inform customers of major differences, or, even, any differences at all? Pointing a customer to a website with such a false/ inaccurate photo is simply bad business. Even worse--instead of figuring out easy ways to improve, they blame you for not being "careful enough" when ordering. They do not warn you about a "custom" product (one of their STOCK colors and one of their STOCK styles) being something they can't sell to anyone else (in paper or verbally). They figure you, the customer, might as well lose your hard earned money because they aren't doing their job of informing customers of how extremely contrary two products are in aesthetic. The limestone photo on their website shows a style that is NOT the same dimensions/ ratios whatsoever as the product you end up getting. The picture also does not show the unnatural waves, bubbles/pivots, and liquid looking balls/ defects--no matter how much you zoom in to the photo. What is advertised as "sleek" arrives crumbling and shows obvious signs of manufacturing and unnatural defects, including chunky, cinderblock looking material that is already breaking (still sitting on pallet). In the review photos, I did not just pick out a couple of defective pieces--nearly every single piece had these defects. Call me picky, but multiple contractors said they "cringed" when they saw the untouched pallet. The product advertised is not the product you get. If you choose to get manufactured stone, I highly recommend NOT placing an order unless they make you a sample of what you are considering--color AND style combination (I was not offered this, and I am not sure if they would even do this for customers, but I would at least try to ask). Even if you see the style on the floor, but are going with a different STOCK color of theirs, and they won't make you a sample, proceed with caution. Unless you want to lose your money and have to pay to load/ haul their own product back to them. Another important/ vital piece of information they forgot/ failed to notify me of when ordering is: if you select a specific style on the show floor and want to go with a different STOCK color of theirs, it can turn out looking completely different than the style shown because all of the various hues in each color will have contrasting effects in the texture/ mold of each style option. For example, the tan/ cream color (not sure of specific color name) ledgestone style looks smooth, natural, and realistic in dimension. The same exact ledgestone style in one of the more grey/ white options they offer will have a totally contrasting dimension/ appearance because the color mix shadows differently. Conveniently, none of this was ever discussed until after the stone was ordered, and, well, how is any customer supposed to inform themselves of this? In today's world, maybe you have to do peoples jobs for them, but I know at other stone companies, every employee WILL do their job of informing the public of all features/ options in their products in a CLEAR and ACCURATE way. The owner told me the website photos are accurate (not true) and refused to refund me because "they can't sell" a combination of their STOCK style and STOCK color to any one else...? Also refused to simply upload photos of sample boards on to their website...? All of this could have been avoided. If salespeople are going to refer to the website for phone sales, they can have at least ONE photo of the up close/ ACCURATE product. Or, other option, have sales people who will ACCURATELY represent the products. Boom--problem solved!
