They were always thinking about what was best for the house and what would save me headahces and money in the future.The crew was prompt, respectful, and treated my house and family like we were apart of theirs. with Royal Kingdom you get top service, respectful and friendly people, and amazing craftsmanship; they are truly experts in their field! We are very pleased with the project and will only be calling them for future projects and telling all our friends and neighbors to use them.
Over priced by 2500$. I hired too soon instead of waiting for another company bid. Moreover, regardless to how many times I asked the guys to clean up the rocks out of my dirt, make it even like it was b4, ignored me. They just came barrelling in...and I asked the head guy to make the retain wall even and the guys just pooh poohed it. Didn't fix. Does that look evenly spaced. And see the little rocks everywhere. Maybe friends of the company gave reviews. I am let down, won't do it again.
Royal Kingdom Masonry is an excellent company. They are reliable, prompt, and honest. They tore out and replaced our cracked patio and driveway, and tore off the front steps and replaced them what can only be described as a beautiful ramp. They decided the ramp would look better widened a bit as it approaches the door with a slightly elevated side on the curved part to lessen the slope, and it is better than we thought of. They even carried the pattern of the ramp out into the driveway which is hard to describe but made the front of the house look like a coherent and attractive whole. The pattern of the back patio was changed by them into one with smaller sections and somehow the patio looks quite a bit bigger and better. At the end we could have chosen exposed aggregate or a smooth surface for the driveway and ramp and they advised exposed aggregate even though it adds three steps to the process that take quite a while and there was no increase in price. The exposed aggregate gives better traction for an accessibility ramp which they wanted to provide. I only wish there were more contractors like Royal Kingdom Masonry. I am lucky enough to have a father-in-law who spent his working life doing this sort of thing and I quietly asked for advice at every step. All the suggestions they made were correct and designed to improve the strength and durability of the final job. They did a thorough cleanup, fixed tricky sprinkler heads they needed to move, and left our house looking twenty years younger. They also gave us a really good price which is important. They are also really nice people to have around your house. I wouldn’t think of using another firm.
good crew to hire. i had a old deck that needed to be replaced. i hired themthey did a decent job, they removed the old deck, tool down a old shed, and replaced part of a walkway. the price was fair, and it looks good now. i would hire them again if and when needed. it was nice they were only about a mile from the job.
We had our driveway redone and added another parking spot. Ended up needing a wall because of the height difference between property. They were amazing! Very friendly, professional, and timely. We love the end results. Now I'm trying to figure out what other projects I can have them do!??
