Would never recommend. Yes, they will give you a great deal but this patio is just a year and a half old and has cracks everywhere. I contacted Javier and he told me it’s not his fault, it’s the concrete mixers (who he goes through and is their family or something) and that it must of not been mixed well. He wants me to pay him fix these cracks but if the whole thing wasn’t mixed well, the cracks will continue. I understand concrete does not last forever and cracks happen, but like in the beginning before we can even power wash it. Almost $6,000 under the table for a patio that couldn’t last 2 years!
Contacted Salazar Construction to pour a concrete pad in my backyard. Very reasonable pricing, great customer service, and very professional. They put rebar in the pad and completed the project within 3 days.Highly recommend and will do business with them again in the future. See image below.
