Halifax Concrete Ltd provided the Best Customer Service, the Best Price and the Best Advice! I need to replace my aggregate driveway that I knew would be very expensive so I reached out to 4 different companies for a quote.Peter was the first to respond to my request for a quote and his quote was the most detailed of the 4 that I received. I had to follow up with the others 1 week after completing their online form for a quote to see if they were interested in providing a quote. Peter responded the next day to my request for a quote and he responded within 24 hours of any inquiry that I made prior to awarding the contract to him and thereafter.All I knew was that my driveway needed to be replaced, but Peter immediately saw areas for changes to provide a better driveway. The previous company that installed the driveway simply poured aggregate cement on to a substandard base and did not put any wire mesh in the cement. My house was only 5 years old when I bought it and the driveway had already began to crack and sink. Peter recognize the affects of the poor workmanship that was put into my driveway and advised me of what he would do to ensure I had a driveway that was going to be around in great condition for a very long time.His great customer service continued right up until the job was completed. His team worked diligently every day on site to get the job done quickly. Peter was always on site ensuring that everything was done 100% correctly to his high standards.My goal in replacing the driveway was to eliminate the tripping and slipping hazards that were created by the driveway that was installed prior to me buying the property. Peter gave me a driveway that my neighbors are continually complimenting and one that we really appreciate the modifications that he recommended.Thank you Peter for providing a "Great Customer Experience"!

Not a concrete customer or a customer at all.I was out shoveling snow this morning with my wife when a halifax concrete truck was plowing a neighbors driveway.When the driver saw us struggling with the heavy end of driveway snow they decided to help out by pushing the heaviest, frozen pile.
