Kaven Homes

We had a bathroom and walk-in closet renovation/conversion completed by Kaven Homes. Julie and Kyle guided us through the design process and helped select finishes. We worked together to define the scope of work, so there were no surprises with costs. Their project management software kept us updated, and the final result looks fantastic.

Kyle and the entire Kaven Homes team were excellent throughout our home renovation. Kyle always responded quickly to our questions and took time to explain how and when each part of the project will be done. We appreciated that the team kept us updated with pictures and notes in the Builder Trend app. At the end of each workday, Kyle’s team made sure that the site was clean before they left. This made the entire renovation process much more manageable for us and safer for our dog. We are very happy with the work Kyle and his team did and we now enjoy our renovated space. We highly recommend Kaven Homes to anyone looking to renovate their home.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the Kaven Homes team for a home renovation project, and I must say it was an impressive experience from start to finish. Right from the initial consultation, Kyle demonstrated his expertise and attention to detail. Whenever I had a question or concern, the Kyle and Julie were prompt in addressing it, ensuring that I was kept well-informed every step of the way. This level of communication and transparency helped to build trust and confidence in their work. The quality of work delivered by Kaven Homes exceeded my expectations. Kaven Homes recently finished renovations in our house, we had our kitchen, powder room, and master bathroom redone as well as a window added to our master bedroom. Throughout the entire process they were professional and easy to work with. We were not living at our house during the time of construction and they always took great care to keep it clean and locked up. Since we were mostly out of the country during renovations Kyle and Julie were amazing at communicating with us and keeping us in the loop as well as accommodating any changes we asked for. Kyle and his team went above and beyond on lots of the details in our house as I know Dave searched for weeks to find new trim that would match our existing trim perfectly. The quality of the renovations is incredible and we have no issues at all. We will definitely use Kaven for any renovations we do in the future.

Kyle and his team completed our second story addition and main floor renovation last summer. Kaven Construction was extremely reliable and professional, working with us every step of the way. They maintained a clean work site, checked in with us every day and ensured we were happy with their progress. They did not hesitate to make changes or modifications to the design when needed. I like that Kyle values the importance of local small businesses in our community, and that he often used local businesses and professionals to help with the project. Kyle was extermely easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Kaven Construction and Renovations Inc. for your next project
