Overpriced for the work performed. The workers on-site were polite, but I later learned I was charged roughly twice what other contractors quoted for similar work (about two hours). After the job, I noticed damage to my fence in the area where they had been working. When I raised the issue, the owner accused me of being dishonest. They also initially denied leaving part of the job incomplete, accusing me again of being dishonest, but did return to finish it.I was also told the wall had been thoroughly inspected and no additional repairs were needed. However, another contractor quickly identified multiple problem areas that were missed, which I would have expected to be addressed given the cost.As a homeowner without masonry expertise, I relied on their professional assessment, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend this company.
I gotta say, same day on site estimate was already an amazing service but the quick scheduling date and professionalism of Ryan really made it a 5 star review for me. Fixed my detaching chimney in one day, left everything looking clean and satisfactory.Neighbours came over after to check out the workmanship and were definitely impressed, 10/10 would hire again.
Luke and Jackson did a fantastic job with the parging on the house foundation. Luke and Jackson were very professional and did the work very timely and cleaned up afterward perfectly. We highly recommend Fix My Brick and we are very satisfied. Lucky that we saw them last summer doing brick on a Neighbor’s house and we took down the phone number because we saw how they fixed the side of their house nicely too.
Chimney cap and several courses of brick found to be deteriorated during annual cleaning.Submitted request for estimate online.Reply came quickly and appointment arranged.Joe arrived as scheduled, assessed the damage and provided an estimate online the spot followed by a very detailed online quote.I had other estimates, and this one fit within the market range.Work was agreed to and scheduled. The date was put back one day due to inclement weather.Willy and Jacob arrived promptly, setup the work area followed by demolition and reconstruction of the chimney.All debris, and dust was thoroughly and carefully removed from the work areas (driveway and roof).The chimney has been restored and looks as good as new.This company dots all of the I’s and crosses all the T’s.I will give the my recommendation anytime and should any further repairs be required I will know who trust. FIX MY BRICKS!
